GetInsuranceWebsite builds websites where quotes start.

We are a website design and management company that works only with insurance agencies in the United States. One kind of client, one kind of site, one monthly fee, and a team that keeps it running after launch.

Who builds it

A small team of web designers, developers and writers who build for insurance agencies and nothing else. We are not a marketing agency with an insurance page; insurance agencies are the whole client list.

That focus is why every site ships with a quote request form per line, why the integrations cover the agency management systems producers actually use, and why the articles read like they were written by someone who knows what a BOP is.

You deal with the same small team from the onboarding call onward: a designer, a writer, a developer and the person who runs your site week to week.

What we build

A managed website, built to start quote requests

We build and run one thing: a fast, managed website for an insurance agency. A page for every line you write and every town you serve, a quote request form per line pushed into your CRM or AMS, carrier and claims pages, and weekly researched articles.

The larger plans add the AI Engine, an AI receptionist, site chat and SMS, Messenger and Instagram agents, on Multi-Line, and the Content Engine, social posts, reels and a managed Google Business Profile, on Agency Book.

How we work

Four habits that shape every site.

  • One call, then we build

An onboarding call covers lines, carriers, towns, producers and the CRM or AMS. From there the site is our job, live in 7 days on Single Line.

  • Weekly updates, working-day turnaround

5 revisions a month, then $20 each, any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days, all requested from your client portal.

  • Numbers you can hold us to

90+ PageSpeed on every page we build and host. The build fee invoiced only after launch. If you have not started ranking for local searches within 3 to 5 months, the search work continues at no charge.

  • Nothing invented

No made-up statistics on our site or on yours. Every article cites its sources. The client reviews and case studies on this site come from real clients, published as they supplied them, with no ratings added.

What we value

The rules we hold our own work to.

  • The quote request is the point

Every design and copy decision is judged by whether it gets a shopper to the right form and the request to a producer.

  • Stay inside the lines

General information only. No rates, no eligibility promises, no advice, on our site or on yours.

  • Say it plainly

Terms and prices are published. The build fee comes after launch. What is not included is written down.

  • The agency owns its assets

Domains are registered in the client's name, never ours. Content leaves with you.

What you can expect, from the first week to every week after

  1. 01

    Week one

The onboarding form and one call. We gather lines, carriers, towns, producers, license numbers and your system.

  2. 02

    The build

Pages, forms, integrations and the first articles, live in 7, 10 or 15 days by plan. You review on a live link.

  3. 03

    Launch

Your domain points at the new site when you approve it. Only then is the $697 build fee invoiced.

  4. 04

    Every week after

Our own weekly pass, your revisions, new articles, and a short monthly summary of what changed and what came in.

Comes with every site

The compliance pages and wording your site ships with

Built with US rules in mind to help you meet them. Not legal advice: you or your counsel approve the final wording, and we never claim a site is certified compliant. Our own privacy, cookie and accessibility pages follow the same pattern.

  • Privacy policy written with state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act in mind.
  • Cookie policy and consent banner that holds tracking scripts until the visitor agrees.
  • Terms of use including that a quote request is not a quote, application or binder.
  • Accessibility statement with the site built to the ADA and WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • State disclaimer and license wording that you supply, on every page.
  • TCPA-minded SMS consent wording on forms that lead to text messages.
  • Medicare and benefits wording in general terms, with CMS Medicare marketing guidelines in mind.
  • Honest review handling real reviews only, in line with the FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).

Where we work

Agencies across the US, written for their own towns

We work with agencies in every state, including Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Arizona and New York. Each site is written for the towns and counties that agency serves, never a template with a city name swapped.

Business hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

What we are not

We are not an insurance agency, broker, carrier or licensed producer. We do not quote coverage, rates or eligibility, we do not bind anything, and nothing on this site or on a site we build is insurance advice. The quote request forms collect the details a producer needs to start a quote; the producer and the carrier do everything after that.

Where a plan includes AI agents on the phone or in chat, they are configured the same way: take details, book a call, and hand anything that would amount to advice to a licensed person at the agency.

What agency owners tell us

  • We used to get regular calls asking whether a personal coverage inquiries message had arrived. The new confirmation states what happens next and how to amend anything that needs changing. It sounds minor until you add up the reassurance calls it has replaced.
Isabel ShipleyClient care coordinator, gap and warranty insurance brokerSioux Falls, SD · Submission acknowledgment and follow-up for personal coverage inquiries
  • Getting the personal coverage inquiries wording right mattered more to us than any visual choice. The boundaries are drawn clearly: what the site settles, and what our people still decide. We no longer open every call by correcting the website.
Lydia ColbyAccount handler, high-value home insurance adviserStamford, CT · Service scope and expectations for personal coverage inquiries
  • A lot of our personal coverage inquiries interest arrives after we close; the site finally accepts that. Evening visitors leave structured information and an honest response time, nothing more promised. Mornings start with a proper queue rather than voicemail archaeology.

Yes. Independent agencies, personal and commercial lines agencies, captive agents, life and health agents, Medicare agents, benefits brokers, and wholesalers and MGAs. That focus is why the forms, integrations and wording fit how agencies work.

Are you an insurance agency or broker?

No. We are not an insurance agency, broker, carrier or licensed producer. We never quote coverage, rates or eligibility, and nothing we publish is insurance advice.

Which states do you serve?

We work with agencies anywhere in the US, including Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, North Carolina and Ohio. Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

How do I reach a person?

Email us and a person replies within one working day, or book a demo to talk it through on a call.

Who writes the articles on client sites?

Our writers research and draft them, every figure is tied to a cited source, and you approve topics. Articles are only attributed to a licensed producer who has written or approved the piece.

Who are Owen Castille and Leila Farrow?

They are editorial personas used to byline articles on this site. They are not real people and hold no insurance licenses, and their author pages say so.

What happens to my site if I stop working with you?

You keep your domain, every article we wrote for you and an export of your content, delivered within 14 days.
