What is being struck off

The $697 build fee is work, not a coupon

It is the one-time charge for building the site in the first place. Here is what that charge covers, so you can see what the waiver actually removes from your invoice.

  1. 01

The design and the whole page set

Home, about, a page for every line you write, a page for every town you serve, carrier pages, claims and billing contacts, producer profiles and contact.

  2. 02

A quote request form for every line

Each one asks only what a carrier needs to open a quote on that line, and nothing that belongs on an application.

  3. 03

The CRM or AMS wiring, tested

EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, Applied Epic, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or another, by direct API, Zapier or Make, with a live submission tested through each form before launch.

  4. 04

Migration and redirects from the old site

We keep the pages that already earn traffic and redirect the old URLs, so a move does not cost you the searches you already win.

  5. 05

    Schema, speed and launch checks

The agency as an organization, each line as a service, each question as a question and answer. Then the 90+ PageSpeed check on mobile and desktop before anything goes live.

  6. 06

The domain and the hosting set up

A free domain registered in the agency name, or your own pointed at the new site, with SSL, backups and edge delivery running from day one.

None of it is removed from the build. Only the invoice for it is.

The three plans, priced for this order

Every plan carries the whole site, a quote request form per line, the CRM or AMS integration, the domain, hosting, weekly updates and researched articles. Pick by how much of the agency you want handled.

How the order is taken

Order on a plan above and a secure Stripe checkout opens for that plan's monthly fee. The first month is charged when you pay, the plan renews monthly on the same date, and the build fee is not part of it. The receipt and the onboarding form follow the same day.

Comparing the plans line by line? The pricing page has the full table, and every feature is listed with the plan it sits on.

Paying a build fee we have invoiced? That is a separate one-time payment on the build fee page.

After you order

What the first week looks like

Five things happen, in this order, and four of them are ours to do.

  1. Day 0

    The first month is charged

By card, through Stripe, when you order. The plan then renews monthly on the same date. No deposit, no build fee, no hosting line item and no hourly billing anywhere on the plan.

  2. Same day

    You get the onboarding form

Lines you write, carriers you hold appointments with, towns you serve, producers, and the system the requests have to land in. Anything you do not have to hand can follow later.

  3. Within one working day

    One onboarding call

We read your answers back, fill the gaps, agree what launches first and set the launch date.

  4. Day 7

    The site is live

Live in 7 days on Single Line, 10 on Multi-Line and 15 on Agency Book, counted from your first invoice.

  5. Every week after

    It keeps being worked on

5 revisions a month, 2 researched articles a week on Single Line, and producer, carrier and hours changes kept right without anyone at the agency logging in.

Your side of it

What we need from you

All of it goes on the onboarding form on the day you order. Anything you do not have to hand can follow by email later and it will not hold up the build.

  • The lines you write

Personal auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, BOP, general liability, workers comp, commercial auto, life, health, Medicare supplement, group benefits, flood. Each one gets a page and a form.

  • Your carrier appointments

With the claims and billing contact for each, so the carrier page is useful on the day of a loss rather than a logo wall.

  • The towns and counties you serve

We build a page for each, crossed with the lines that make sense there.

  • Your producers

Names, license numbers, the states and lines each one writes, and a photo if you have one.

  • Where requests have to land

The AMS or CRM your producers already work in, and who gets notified when a request arrives.

  • Logo and brand, if you have them

A vector or a large image. If you do not have a logo, say so on the form and we set the wordmark.

Notice of the waiver

A date, not a countdown

The build fee is waived on orders placed on or before . That is the whole of the urgency and it is the only urgency on this page. There is no timer that resets when you reload, no cap on how many agencies can take it, and no queue position to lose.

What happens after that date is simply the offer as it is written everywhere else on this site: the $697 build fee returns, and it is invoiced after the site is live and you have approved it, the way it always was.

What is guaranteed, and what is not

The terms, stated plainly

Two of these are guarantees we put in writing. The other two are limits, and they are here for the same reason: you should know both before you order, not after.

90+ PageSpeed, in writing

On mobile and desktop, on every page we build and host. If one drops below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Ranking work for 3 to 5 months

If the site has not started ranking for local searches in your area within that window, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it does.

No contract term

Cancel by email with at least 2 business days of notice before your next invoice date. The site stays live and managed to the end of the paid month, and you keep the domain, the articles and an export of your content.

All sales are final

We do not refund a monthly fee or an extra revision for a change of mind. That is exactly why the build fee was invoiced after approval in the first place, and why it is struck off here.

The full text is in the refund policy and the terms and conditions.

From the folder

What agency owners say the site changed

If you only look at the design you miss the best bit, which is the inquiry form. It asks for coverage interest, renewal month and contact preference before anything is sent, which is the information we used to chase by email. It has quietly removed the slowest step in our intake.

The reporting for personal coverage inquiries is something I can genuinely use. The report separates genuine inquiries from raw traffic and leaves message content out of it. It gives us a better question to ask of every page.

Questions about this order

The 9 that come up before an agency orders. The full FAQ covers the rest of the offer.

What exactly is waived on this order?

The $697 one-time build fee. It is normally invoiced after the site is live and you have approved it. On an order placed by December 31, 2026 it is not invoiced at all. The monthly plan fees are unchanged: $127 for Single Line, $267 plus AI usage for Multi-Line, $647 for Agency Book.

When does the waiver end?

December 31, 2026. An order placed on or before that date is built with no build fee, whatever month the site goes live in. There is no capacity cap and no queue position attached to it: it is a date, and the date is printed on this page.

What do I pay today?

The first month of the plan you pick, charged by card through Stripe when you order, and nothing else. The plan then renews monthly. $127 on Single Line, $267 on Multi-Line plus AI usage billed monthly in arrears at cost, or $647 on Agency Book. There is no deposit and no hosting or domain line item.

How soon is the site live?

7 days on Single Line, 10 days on Multi-Line and 15 days on Agency Book, counted from your first invoice. The clock depends on us having your lines, carriers, towns and producers, which is what the onboarding form collects on the same day you order.

What happens when I want something changed after launch?

You send it and we do it. 5 revisions a month are included, a revision is one change request of any size, and each is live within 2 to 5 working days. After that they are $20 each, flat. Nobody at the agency logs in to the website to make a change.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

All sales are final. We do not refund a monthly fee or an extra revision for a change of mind or because the service stopped being used. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by an error in our own billing, which we correct in full when you report it within 30 days. The refund policy is linked from this page and from the footer.

Am I signing a contract?

No. There is no term and no cancellation fee. You cancel by email, and the notice needs to reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours of 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. The site stays live and managed to the end of the paid month.

Does this stack with the Black Friday offer?

No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday week offer, which runs November 24, 2026 to November 30, 2026, already includes this waived build fee rather than adding a second one on top of it. If you are ordering inside that week, order from the Black Friday page instead and you get the waiver and the discount together.

We are not an insurance agency yet. Can we still order?

Yes, and it is worth saying what we are: GetInsuranceWebsite is a website design and management company. We are not an insurance agency, broker, carrier or licensed producer, we never quote coverage, rates or eligibility, and a quote request form on your site is not a quote, an application or a binder. We build and run the website your licensed producers work behind.

Order it while the build fee is off.

The first month of your plan is the only thing you pay, the build fee is not invoiced after launch, and the site is live in 7 days on Single Line. The waiver runs to December 31, 2026.
