Build fee / one payment / $697

Pay the one-time build fee, and it is settled

The $697 build fee pays for building the site in the first place. It is charged once, by card through Stripe, and it is the same amount on every plan. Your monthly plan is billed separately and is not touched by this payment.

Why the fee exists

It pays for the build, which happens once

A monthly plan pays for running the site. The build fee pays for the work that happens before the site is live, and only once. This is what it covers.

  1. 01

The design and the whole page set

Home, about, a page for every line you write, a page for every town you serve, carrier pages, claims and billing contacts, producer profiles and contact.

  2. 02

A quote request form for every line

Each one asks only what a carrier needs to open a quote on that line, and nothing that belongs on an application.

  3. 03

The CRM or AMS wiring, tested

Each form pushed into the system your producers already work in, with a live submission tested through every form before launch.

  4. 04

Migration and redirects from the old site

The pages that already earn traffic are kept and the old URLs redirected, so a move does not cost you the searches you already win.

  5. 05

    Schema, speed and launch checks

The agency marked up as an organization and each line as a service, then a PageSpeed check on mobile and desktop before anything goes live.

Pay here

Pick the plan your site is on

The amount is $697 on every row. The plan is on the payment so it is matched to your site. The monthly price is shown for reference and is billed separately.

Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details never reach this website.

How paying works

Four steps, and the last one is nothing

The payment takes a minute, and there is no account to create.

  1. Press the button for your plan

It opens a secure Stripe checkout for the build fee alone. Your plan name is on it so the payment is matched to your site.

  2. Pay by card on Stripe

Card details go to Stripe and never touch this website. We do not see or store the card number.

  3. The receipt comes by email

Stripe emails a receipt straight away, and we send a confirmation that the build fee is settled.

  4. Nothing recurring

It is a single payment. It does not start a subscription and nothing else is charged to the card from this page.

Questions about the build fee

The full terms are in the refund policy and the terms and conditions.

Is the build fee a subscription?

No. It is one payment of $697, charged once and never renewed. Your monthly plan is a separate subscription and paying the build fee does not change it.

Do I need to pay this?

Only if a build fee is due on your site. The build fee is waived on plans started on or before December 31, 2026, so if your plan started by then there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, email us before paying and we will tell you.

Why is the amount the same on every plan?

Because the build is the same work on every plan: the page set, a quote request form per line, the CRM or AMS wiring, migration and the launch checks. The plans differ in what is handled every month after launch, and that difference is in the monthly fee, not in the build fee.

Is paying on this page safe?

Yes. The button opens a checkout hosted by Stripe, and the card details are entered there, not on this website. We never see or store the card number.

Can the build fee be refunded?

All sales are final, and that includes the build fee once it is paid. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by an error in our own billing, which we correct in full when you report it within 30 days. The refund policy has the full text.

Not sure a build fee is due? Email before paying and a person checks your account. Looking for a plan instead? The order page has all three.
