Plans $127 a monthLive in 7 days$697 build fee, invoiced after launchDomain and hosting included

Insurance agency websites from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Every plan carries the whole site, a quote request form per line, the CRM or AMS integration, hosting, weekly updates and researched articles. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch.

What the plan replaces

Five things agency owners tell us about the site they have now.

  1. 01

The current site does not start quotes.

It shows a phone number and an "email us" button. A prospect ready to shop at nine at night has nowhere to leave the details a producer needs, so they leave them with a comparison site instead.

  2. 02

The developer who built it has moved on.

A change of hours, a new producer, a carrier appointment: each one is an email that goes nowhere, so the site slowly becomes wrong about the agency.

  3. 03

It has one "Products" page for a dozen lines.

There is no page for homeowners in your town or workers comp for the trades you write, so there is nothing for a search engine to rank and the directories win the search.

  4. 04

Requests come in as emails nobody logs.

A form that emails the office means re-keying into the AMS, or not re-keying at all. Follow-up depends on who checks the inbox and when.

  5. 05

Hosting, plugins and SSL come on three invoices.

And one of them lapses every year or so. Meanwhile the page builder that made the site easy to start makes it slow to open on a phone.

Why the pages are fast

Speed is the first feature because a slow line page never shows its quote form. 90+ PageSpeed is guaranteed on every plan.

  • Static pages, served from the edge.

Every page is hand-built to plain HTML and Cloudflare serves it from the location nearest the visitor. No database, no page builder, no plugin stack in the way.

  • Almost no JavaScript.

The menu, the theme toggle and a reveal on scroll. Everything else is HTML and CSS, which is why a line page opens on a phone before the visitor decides to leave.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, in writing.

Every page we build and host is guaranteed at that score on mobile and desktop. If one drops below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

  • Fonts and images sized for a phone first.

Two font families, loaded once, with real fallbacks. Images cut to the width they display at. The site weighs what it needs to and no more.

How the site ranks for the lines and towns you write

Ranking comes from having a page that answers the search. That is what we build, page by page.

  1. 01

A page for every line you write.

Auto, home, renters, umbrella, BOP, general liability, workers comp, life, health, Medicare: each with its own title, its own answers and its own quote form.

  2. 02

A page for every town you serve.

Crossed with the lines that make sense there, so the search for a coverage in a place lands on a page about that coverage in that place.

  3. 03

    Schema on every page.

The agency as an organization, each line as a service, each FAQ as a question and answer, each article with its author. Search engines get the structure, not just the words.

  4. 04

The 3 to 5 months window.

Rankings are never guaranteed by anyone honest. What we commit to: if the site has not started ranking for local searches in your area within that window, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge.

  5. 05

    Answer engines and AI assistants.

Answer-first sections, FAQ blocks, an llms.txt file and consistent facts make the site easier for featured snippets and assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to quote. No one can promise a mention; this makes one more likely.

What every plan includes

The list below ships on Single Line, Multi-Line and Agency Book alike.

  • The whole site

Home, about, every line page, every town page, carrier, claims and billing contacts, contact.

  • Quote request form per line

Each asks only what the carrier needs to start a quote. Nothing that belongs on an application.

  • CRM or AMS integration

EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, Applied Epic, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or another, by API, Zapier or Make.

  • Domain

Free, registered in the agency's name, or point the one you own. Always yours.

  • Cloudflare hosting

SSL, backups, security headers, edge delivery. Nothing itemized.

  • Weekly updates

5 revisions a month included, then $20 each, any size, within 2 to 5 working days.

  • Researched articles

2 a week on Single Line and Multi-Line, 3 on Agency Book, 2,500 to 3,200 words.

  • Fully managed

No logins, no plugin updates, no renewals. If it is on the website, it is our job.

Covered on every plan, under Torvi's umbrella: the whole site, a quote form per line, CRM or AMS integration, domain and hosting, weekly updates and researched articles.

What the weekly articles are

2 a week on the first two plans and 3 on Agency Book, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, researched and cited. Six kinds, rotated to fit your book.

  • Line explainers. What a BOP covers for a landscaper, what an umbrella policy sits on top of, when renters insurance matters. General information, never coverage advice.
  • Town and county guides. What drivers or homeowners in a particular town tend to ask about, written for the town page it links from.
  • Life event guides. A new driver in the house, a first home, a new business, a move. Each one ends with the right quote form.
  • Claims and billing how-tos. How to reach each carrier after a loss, what to have ready, how to read a renewal notice. Practical, and specific to the carriers you are appointed with.
  • Renewal season pieces. What changes at renewal, why premiums move, when to ask for a re-quote. Timed to when your book renews.
  • Comparison and FAQ articles. The questions prospects type into a search box, answered plainly, with FAQ schema so the answer can show up in search.

How revisions work

No hourly billing, no size limit, no ticket queue.

  • 5 revisions a month, included.

A revision is one change request of any size. A new producer, a new line page, a rewritten about page: each counts as one.

  • $20 for each one after that.

Flat. No hourly billing anywhere on the plan.

  • 2 to 5 working days.

From the moment we have what we need from you to the change being live. Most are quicker; that is the outside.

  • Send it however suits you.

An email, a text, a voice note, a photo of the new agency sign. We turn it into the change.

What weekly updates cover

The things an agency website is usually wrong about, kept right.

  • Producers and staff joins, leaves, new licenses, new photos.
  • Carrier appointments added, dropped, renamed, with claims and billing links kept current.
  • Lines and appetite a new line page when you start writing it, a note when you stop.
  • Hours, holidays and locations on every page and in the schema, not just the footer.
  • Quote form fields when a carrier changes what it needs to start a quote.
  • Seasonal notices open enrollment, AEP, hurricane season, wildfire season: whatever your book needs.

Amendment

What changes when you switch

  • Struck:A web developer on retainer, or nobodyReplaced with:5 revisions a month included, done in 2 to 5 working days

How the plan starts

Four steps, and you pay for the build only after you have seen it live.

  1. Uncovered

Every visitor ready to shop leaves through a phone number, or leaves nothing at all.

    CoveredDay 0

    Pay the first monthly invoice

Pick a plan on the pricing page. The first month is the only thing you pay before the site exists.

  2. Uncovered

We do not yet know your lines, your carriers, your towns or the system your producers work in.

    CoveredWithin a working day

Fill in the onboarding form, then one call

Lines you write, carriers you are appointed with, towns you serve, producers, and which CRM or AMS the requests go into. Anything missing can follow later by email or as a portal ticket.

  3. Uncovered

Not one line you write and not one town you serve has a page of its own.

CoveredLive in 7, 10 or 15 days, by plan

    We build it

Pages, quote forms, integrations, articles queued. You review a live link and send changes as revisions.

  4. Uncovered

The build is not paid for, and you have not seen the site it paid for.

    CoveredAfter approval

Build fee after it is live

Once the site is live and you have approved it, we invoice the $697 one-time build fee. Not before.

The three plans

Pick by how much of the agency you want handled. The build fee is the same on every plan and is invoiced only after the site is live and approved.

Single Line

The website, fully managed

$127 / month

plus $697 one-time build fee, invoiced after launch

Live in 7 days

Best for: An agency that writes one or two lines and wants quote requests from its own site instead of a lead vendor.

You get the whole site, a quote form per line, requests into your CRM or AMS, hosting, weekly updates and two researched articles a week. The producer replies from the system they already use, and nobody at the agency logs in to the website.

  • Every page, every line, every town
  • Quote request form per line of business
  • CRM or AMS integration
  • 5 revisions a month, then $20
  • 2 researched articles a week
  • Domain and Cloudflare hosting

Agency Book

Everything, plus the Content Engine

$647 / month

plus $697 one-time build fee, invoiced after launch

Live in 15 days

Best for: An agency that wants the website, the phones and the content all handled, with a book that keeps growing.

Everything in Multi-Line, plus the Content Engine: three researched articles a week, three social image posts a week, two reels a week, and the Google Business Profile managed. The agency shows up in search, in social and on the map without anyone on staff writing a word.

  • 3 social image posts a week
  • 2 reels a week
  • Google Business Profile managed

All prices in US dollars. 5 revisions a month included on every plan, then $20 each, completed within 2 to 5 working days. Cancel any month with 2 business days notice before your next invoice; all sales are final.

What agency owners say about the plans

Client notes on what changed once the site was running: a change process that is written down, a handover the whole office can use, and wording nobody has to correct on the phone.

  • Getting the personal coverage inquiries wording right mattered more to us than any visual choice. The boundaries are drawn clearly: what the site settles, and what our people still decide. We no longer open every call by correcting the website.
Lydia ColbyAccount handler, high-value home insurance adviserStamford, CT · Service scope and expectations for personal coverage inquiries
  • Requests to change the personal coverage inquiries page used to travel by hallway conversation. Approval and publication both refer to the same recorded version now. It is refreshingly boring, which is exactly what a change process should be.
William WentworthOffice supervisor, flood risk home insurance brokerSioux Falls, SD · Content approvals and change requests for personal coverage inquiries
  • Existing customers asking about personal coverage inquiries had no front door of their own. The follow-up route asks for a reference and the question itself, nothing more. It respects the fact that a conversation already exists.

What is in each plan, item by item

Every item in the package, what it solves for an agency, what you have to do, and the plans that carry it. The comparison table below repeats the numbers line by line.

  • Single Line $127 / month
  • Multi-Line $267 / month + usage
  • Agency Book $647 / month

The website and where quotes start

  • A quote request form for every line you write

A short form per line (auto, home, renters, umbrella, BOP, general liability, workers comp, life, Medicare, group benefits) asking only what a producer needs to open the quote.

    Solves
One generic "contact us" form that turns every prospect into a blank conversation your CSR has to chase.
    You do
Approve the fields on each form before launch.
  • A page for every line of business

Each line gets its own page that explains the coverage in general terms and ends with that line's form.

    Solves
A single "Products" page that ranks for nothing and makes a shopper hunt.
    You do
Tell us the lines you write on the onboarding call.
  • Location pages for the towns and counties you serve

A page written for each real place you serve, crossed with the lines you write there, matched to your Google Business Profile.

    Solves
Being invisible to people searching for coverage in the next town over.
    You do
List the towns and counties; we write the pages.
  • Carrier pages and a claims and billing directory

A page per featured carrier in general terms, plus every carrier's claims line, billing line and portal on one page.

    Solves
Clients calling the office at night to ask for a claims number.
    You do
Nothing after onboarding. We keep the numbers current.
  • Requests into your CRM or AMS, routed to the right producer

Every request lands in EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, Applied Epic, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or another system, tagged by line and page, with an email and a text to the producer on duty.

    Solves
Requests sitting in an inbox nobody checks after five, and re-keying into the AMS.
    You do
Tell us the system and the routing; approve one test submission.
  • Privacy, terms, cookie and accessibility pages, plus your disclaimer wording

A privacy policy, terms, a cookie policy with a consent banner that holds tracking scripts back until the visitor agrees, an accessibility statement, and the disclaimer wording you supply for your states on every page.

    Solves
A site with no policies, or policies copied from a template for a different kind of business.
    You do
Supply your agency's disclaimer wording and license details; have your own counsel review them if you wish.
  • Live in 7, 10 or 15 days

Single Line launches in 7 days, Multi-Line in 10 and Agency Book in 15, counted from the onboarding call.

    Solves
Web projects that drift for months while the old site keeps losing requests.
    You do
Send your lines, carriers, towns and license numbers; review the live link.
  • Move from your current site without losing its pages

Your old site stays up until you approve the new one, and every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its new page. Existing forms are reconnected to the same system.

    Solves
The fear of throwing away the pages people already find you through.
    You do
Nothing beyond approving the new site.

Speed, search and AI answers

  • 90+ PageSpeed on every page we build

Static pages served from Cloudflare's edge with almost no script. If a page we control drops below 90+, we fix it at no charge.

    Solves
Phone visitors leaving before the page, and the form at the bottom of it, ever loads, including the ones you paid for with ads.
    You do
Nothing. You can run the test yourself on launch day.
  • Technical and on-page SEO

Clean URLs, one clear heading per page, unique titles and descriptions, internal links between line, town and carrier pages, an XML sitemap and correct redirects.

    Solves
Ranking for your own agency name and nothing else.
    You do
    Nothing.
  • Structured data (JSON-LD) on every page

The agency as an organization or local business, each line as a service, each FAQ as a question and answer, breadcrumbs, and each article with its author.

    Solves
Search engines and AI assistants guessing what your agency is and where it works.
    You do
Confirm your name, address, phone and hours once.
  • Answer-first pages and FAQ blocks (AEO)

Every section opens with a direct answer, and line and town pages carry real questions with full answers, marked up so they can be lifted into featured snippets and voice answers.

    Solves
Pages that bury the answer so search features quote somebody else.
    You do
Tell us the questions prospects ask you on the phone.
  • Ready to be cited by AI assistants (GEO)

An llms.txt file, consistent agency and service names everywhere, dated pages and plainly stated facts, so assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can understand and cite the site. No one can guarantee a mention; we make it more likely.

    Solves
Prospects asking an AI assistant which agency to call and never hearing your name.
    You do
    Nothing.
  • Researched articles every week

2 a week on Single Line and Multi-Line, 3 a week on Agency Book, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, with cited sources, written as general information.

    Solves
A blog that stopped after launch week, and no answers to what people search before they call.
    You do
Approve the topic list; veto anything with a note.

Kept running for you

  • Managed hosting, SSL, backups and a free domain

Cloudflare hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security headers and a firewall in front of every form. A free domain in the agency's name, or we point yours.

    Solves
Three hosting and plugin invoices, and a renewal that lapses once a year.
    You do
Nothing. The domain is always yours.
  • 5 revisions a month, then $20 each

Any change request of any size counts as one revision, completed within 2 to 5 working days. No hourly billing.

    Solves
A site that slowly becomes wrong about your producers, carriers and hours.
    You do
Send the change by email or from the client portal, in your own words.
  • Weekly updates we make without being asked

Our own weekly pass for broken links, outdated numbers, carrier changes and search improvements, noted in a short monthly summary. These do not count against your revisions.

    Solves
Nobody at the agency owning the website.
    You do
Read the monthly summary if you want to.
  • A client portal for revisions, tickets and files

One place to request changes, raise a support ticket, send files and message the team, from the day the site goes live.

    Solves
Change requests scattered across emails nobody can find later.
    You do
Use it when you need something.

The AI Engine

  • AI receptionist that answers when your team cannot

Answers the agency line when nobody is free, takes the caller's name, the line and the details a producer needs, answers plain questions about hours and lines, and books a callback. After each call you get a call-analysis PDF with a summary of who called and what they wanted.

    Solves
Missed calls after hours and during renewal season that go to voicemail and then to another agency.
    You do
    Approve the scripts before launch.
  • AI chat widget on your website

A chat window on every page that asks the same questions as the matching quote form, in conversation, and writes the answers into your CRM or AMS.

    Solves
Visitors with a quick question leaving because nobody answers at nine at night.
    You do
    Nothing after approving the scripts.
  • AI agents on SMS, Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs

The same agent replies to texts, Messenger and Instagram messages, takes quote details and books a call with a producer, with every transcript kept on the contact record.

    Solves
Slow replies to social messages losing prospects who started on a post.
    You do
    Connect your pages during onboarding.
  • A2P 10DLC texting registration filed for you

We file the carrier registration every business needs to send texts through an application, using the agency's legal name and EIN, and pass the carrier fee through at cost.

    Solves
Texts that never arrive because the number was never registered.
    You do
Give us the legal name and EIN.
  • Agents configured never to quote or advise

The agents never quote coverage, state a rate, say who qualifies or recommend what to buy. Anything that would be advice goes to a licensed producer, and every conversation is logged.

    Solves
The worry that an AI says something a licensed producer would not.
    You do
Review the scripts; you stay responsible for consent and opt-out rules on your own client messaging.
  • AI usage billed at cost, with a cap if you want one

Phone minutes and messages are billed monthly in arrears at cost, broken out on the invoice, and we can set a cap so the agents stop before it is passed.

    Solves
Surprise bills from a busy month.
    You do
Tell us your cap, if any.

The Content Engine

  • 3 social image posts a week

Posts for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn in your colors, each linking to the article or quote form it was made for.

    Solves
No time to post, so the agency's pages look abandoned.
    You do
Approve from a shared folder, or pull anything with a note.
  • 2 short reels a week

Short, captioned reels written to be read with the sound off, drawn from the same topic list as the articles.

    Solves
Video you know you should post and never get round to.
    You do
    Approve before publishing.
  • Your Google Business Profile, managed

Weekly posts, photo updates, hours and holiday changes, service lists that match your line pages, answers to questions, and review replies drafted for your approval.

    Solves
A map listing that has not been touched in months.
    You do
Approve review replies; we never post one without your say-so.
  • 3 researched articles a week instead of 2

The article count steps up so a bigger book, or a commercial book with more lines, has the content to rank.

    Solves
Too few pages to cover every line and town you want to win.
    You do
    Approve the topic list.

Speed and ad cost

Running Google Ads? A faster page can make each click cheaper

It can, and we will not promise by how much. Landing page experience is one of the three parts of Google Ads Quality Score, and a faster, more relevant page keeps more of the clicks you already pay for.

Every line page is a ready landing page for a line-specific ad, and every page is built for 90+ PageSpeed. That is included on Single Line; there is no speed add-on.

Source: Google Ads Help, "About Quality Score for Search campaigns" (landing page experience is one of three components), checked September 18, 2026

One ad, one page, one form: an auto ad leads to the auto page and the auto quote form; a BOP ad leads to the BOP page and the BOP quote form.

Pricing questions

19 answers on the offer, billing, onboarding, revisions, domains and articles. The full FAQ has the rest.

What exactly does GetInsuranceWebsite build for an insurance agency?

A fully managed website built to start quote requests: a page for every line of business you write, a page for every carrier you hold appointments with, a quote request form per line that asks only what a producer needs to open a quote, and the whole thing pushed into your AMS or CRM. We design it, write it, host it, update it every week and keep it fast. You pick one of three plans, Single Line, Multi-Line or Agency Book, and nobody at the agency ever logs in to fix anything.

How fast can the agency site go live?

Single Line launches in 7 days, Multi-Line in 10 days and Agency Book in 15 days, counted from the onboarding call. The clock depends on you giving us your lines of business, carrier appointments, license numbers by state and the questions each carrier needs to start a quote. Most agencies gather that in an afternoon. The site goes live on your domain the moment you approve it, and only then is the build fee invoiced.

How do quote requests reach my AMS or CRM?

Every quote request form posts straight into the system your producers already work in, by API, Zapier or Make. EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, Applied Epic, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and plain email all work. Each submission arrives tagged with the line of business and the page it came from, so a commercial auto request lands with your commercial producer and a homeowners request lands with personal lines. Nothing sits in a web inbox waiting for someone to remember to check it.

Do you give insurance advice or quote coverage on the site?

No. GetInsuranceWebsite is a website design and management company. We are not an insurance agency, broker, carrier or licensed producer, and nothing we build quotes coverage, rates or eligibility. The site collects the information a producer needs and hands it to your licensed team. Every page carries the disclaimer wording you supply for your states, and any question about what a policy covers is routed to a person at the agency rather than answered by the website.

What is the difference between Single Line, Multi-Line and Agency Book?

Single Line is the website, fully managed, with quote forms for the lines you write. Multi-Line adds the AI Engine: an AI receptionist for the phone, chat on the site, SMS, Messenger and Instagram agents, and a call analysis PDF after every call. Agency Book adds the Content Engine on top: 3 researched articles a week instead of 2, 3 social image posts and 2 reels a week, and your Google Business Profile managed. Launch days step from 7 to 10 to 15.

What does it cost, and when do I pay?

You pay the monthly fee for your plan up front: $127 for Single Line, $267 plus AI usage for Multi-Line, or $647 for Agency Book. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you have approved it. There is no deposit, no hourly billing and no hosting line item. If you cancel before the build starts, the build fee is never charged.

Can I cancel, and what do I keep?

Yes, by email, and the notice needs to reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours of 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a note sent over the weekend does not give 2 business days of notice ahead of a Monday or Tuesday invoice, and the next invoice is charged. With proper notice, the site stays live and managed to the end of the paid month, and you keep your domain, every article we wrote for you and an export of your content, delivered within 14 days. All sales are final: the build fee, once paid, is not refunded, and neither is the current month. There is no contract term and no separate cancellation fee.

Are refunds available if I am not happy with the site?

All sales are final. We do not refund a monthly fee, the build fee or an extra revision for a change of mind or because the service stopped being used. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by an error in our own billing, which we correct in full when you report it within 30 days. That is also why the build fee is invoiced only after you have seen the live site and approved it, rather than up front.

How is AI usage billed on Multi-Line and Agency Book?

Monthly in arrears, at cost, on the same invoice as the plan. Usage is the phone minutes, messages and text volume the AI Engine actually handles, plus the A2P 10DLC carrier fee passed through once at registration. The plan fee of $267 or $647 is billed in advance as normal. You see usage broken out every month, and if you want a cap we set one so the agents stop before it is passed.

What happens right after I sign up?

You fill in the onboarding form at getinsurancewebsite.com/onboarding: your lines of business, carrier appointments, license numbers by state, producers, towns you serve and the CRM or AMS you use. It takes about 15 minutes. Anything you do not have to hand yet can follow later by email or as a ticket in your client portal, so a missing detail never holds up the build. Next comes one onboarding call to walk through your answers and fill any gaps, then we build.

What is the client portal, and when do I get one?

Every client gets a client portal account the day the site goes live. From it you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files, and message the team directly, so revisions are logged in one place rather than scattered across emails. You never need to log in to the website itself, since the site remains fully managed by us.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, with no limit on how much goes into it. Adding a new carrier appointment, swapping a producer photo, updating a coverage page after a carrier changes its appetite, or rewriting the homeowners form all count as one each. 5 are included every month. After that each additional revision is a flat $20, never hourly. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days.

What are the weekly updates, and do I have to send them?

Weekly updates are the small changes we make without being asked: a new carrier logo when you gain an appointment, a producer added to the team page, opening hours around a holiday, a renewal reminder banner in the weeks before a big block of policies renews. You can send us anything, but we also read your emails and ask on a short monthly check-in. They are separate from revisions and do not count against your 5 a month.

How quickly are changes made once I send them?

Within 2 to 5 working days of us having everything we need. A carrier logo swap or a license number correction usually goes out the same day. A new line of business page with its own quote form sits at the longer end because we write the copy and build the form fields around what that carrier asks for. You get an email when the change is live, with the link, so you can check it on your phone.

Do I get a domain, or can I use the one I already have?

Either. If you need a domain, it is free for as long as your plan is active: we register it through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, in the agency's name, and you own it from day one. If you already have a domain, we point it at the new site instead and nothing about your email changes. On cancellation the domain stays yours and we hand over the registrar login. We never register a domain in our own name.

Will my email stop working when the domain moves?

No. We change only the web records for your domain and leave the mail records alone, so Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or whatever your agency uses keeps running. Before we touch anything we take a copy of the current DNS and check the mail records, and we make the switch at a quiet time. If anything looks off we roll back within minutes.

What kind of articles do you write for an insurance agency?

Answer-first articles on the questions your prospects search before they ask for a quote: what a homeowners deductible does at claim time, how commercial auto differs from a personal policy, what a certificate of insurance is, why a renewal went up. Each is 2,500 to 3,200 words, researched, and cites its sources. They explain general concepts and never tell a reader what to buy. You review the topics, and anything that drifts toward advice is rewritten or dropped.

How many articles a week, and who checks them?

Single Line and Multi-Line get 2 researched articles a week. Agency Book gets 3. We draft them, check every figure against a cited source, and send you a short summary before they publish. You or a producer can ask for changes or veto any article. Articles carry a general information disclaimer and are never attributed to a licensed producer at the agency unless that producer has written or approved the piece.

Can articles be tailored to my state and my carriers?

Yes. Articles are written around the states you are licensed in and the lines you write, so a Florida agency gets pieces on wind mitigation and a Texas agency gets pieces on hail claims. We name carriers only when you hold an appointment and only in ways their marketing rules allow. If a carrier changes its appetite or leaves your state, we update or remove the article that mentions it as part of the weekly update work.
