Resilient contact routes for personal coverage inquiries
What a gap and warranty insurance broker in Plano changed on its website, and what that did for the office.
From the old way in to the new one
Where it started
The personal coverage inquiries inquiry route had a single point of failure and no documented alternative. Nobody had tested what a broken submission looked like.
What got in the way
Day to day with personal coverage inquiries, form failures turned visitors into detectives hunting alternative contact details. On the staff side, nobody had a routine for confirming messages still arrived.
What we built
The contact page now carries an alternative route, honest error wording and follow-up guidance. Delivery checks exercise the real form, including coverage interest, renewal month and contact preference, to confirm messages reach their destination.
What it was made of
The parts of the build, as the client listed them.

For personal coverage inquiries, the new setup gives visitors another way through and gives staff a repeatable check. It improves recovery when something fails without promising uninterrupted operation.
We now know the personal coverage inquiries form has a tested fallback. Hoping it never breaks is no longer the strategy.
Questions about this case
How long did this work take for the gap and warranty insurance broker?
20 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The clock starts once the agency has approved the content, so the time it takes to agree the wording is not counted against the build.
Which plan carries this kind of work?
Everything this case used sits on the Single Line plan and up: quote request forms per line of business and managed cloudflare hosting with nothing itemized. Single Line is $127/ month, and the one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and approved.
Does an inquiry sent through the site count as a quote or a booking?
No. An inquiry is a request to talk. It is not a quote, an application, a booking or a binder, and nothing is in force until a licensed producer and a carrier bind it. GetInsuranceWebsite is not an insurance agency, broker, carrier or licensed producer, and the site never quotes coverage, rates or eligibility.
Why is the client not named?
Case studies on this site describe each client by type, size and region rather than by business name. The quote is attributed to the named staff member who gave it: Lorraine Cranford, client care coordinator.
