Local routing built into personal coverage inquiries
What a car and van insurance agency in Akron changed on its website, and what that did for the office.
From the old way in to the new one
Where it started
A single page covered personal coverage inquiries for every location. Working out which phone number or inbox applied was the visitor's problem.
What got in the way
Day to day with personal coverage inquiries, first-contact calls landed anywhere. Staff transferred politely, customers repeated themselves, and the form knew nothing of branches.
What we built
Local contact details now sit beside the service description they belong to. The inquiry carries the selected location into the staff notification, together with coverage interest, renewal month and contact preference.
What it was made of
The parts of the build, as the client listed them.
- 01Local contact panel
- 02Location selection
- 03Location-aware notifications
- 04Opening hours
On the plan
Each of these is on every plan from Single Line up.
How long it took
20 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover.
- Day 0
Content approved
The agency signs off the wording. The working days are counted from here.
- Working days 1 to 20
Built, then reviewed by staff
Local contact panel and location selection, built and then reviewed by agency staff before launch.
- By working day 20
Handed over
The office takes it from there, with the handover inside the same count.

Book a demoWhat changed
For personal coverage inquiries, staff no longer begin calls by discovering the caller belongs to another branch. The routing happens on the page, before anyone picks up a phone.
Our internal map used to be the customer's homework. The personal coverage inquiries page does that work for them.
Questions about this case
How long did this work take for the car and van insurance agency?
20 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The clock starts once the agency has approved the content, so the time it takes to agree the wording is not counted against the build.
Which plan carries this kind of work?
Everything this case used sits on the Single Line plan and up: a page for every town and county you serve and every quote request lands in your crm or ams. Single Line is $127/ month, and the one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and approved.
Does an inquiry sent through the site count as a quote or a booking?
No. An inquiry is a request to talk. It is not a quote, an application, a booking or a binder, and nothing is in force until a licensed producer and a carrier bind it. GetInsuranceWebsite is not an insurance agency, broker, carrier or licensed producer, and the site never quotes coverage, rates or eligibility.
Why is the client not named?
Case studies on this site describe each client by type, size and region rather than by business name. The quote is attributed to the named staff member who gave it: Francis Siddons, client services supervisor.
