GoHighLevel AI Studio or a managed website for your insurance agency?

HighLevel describes AI Studio as an AI-powered builder that creates websites, landing pages and other experiences from natural language prompts, which you then refine and publish from inside HighLevel. That is a fast way to get a draft. An insurance agency still needs someone to decide the page structure for each line and town, write coverage copy in general terms, connect a form per line, and keep it all current. If you want to do that yourself with AI help, AI Studio is worth trying. If you want it done and maintained for you, a managed site fits better.

01

What HighLevel says AI Studio does

According to HighLevel's own help center, AI Studio creates websites, landing pages and other interactive experiences from natural language prompts, can start from templates, a reference URL or an image, generates layouts, content, images and multi-page experiences, and lets you refine the result with follow-up instructions and preview it on desktop, tablet and mobile before publishing. HighLevel's help center also notes that AI Studio projects stay in AI Studio and cannot be copied into the standard Funnels or Websites builders, and lists AI Studio among the products in its AI Employee suite, with usage measured against plan limits. We describe it only as HighLevel documents it.

02

What a prompt cannot know about your agency

A prompt can produce a good-looking page. It does not know which carriers you are appointed with, which states you are licensed in, what your state and your carriers allow you to say, which lines you want to grow, or which towns you actually serve. Getting those right is most of the work on an agency website, and getting them wrong is the risk. On a managed site that knowledge is gathered on the onboarding call, written in general terms, and read back to you before it is published.

03

The part AI does not do on its own: upkeep

An agency website is never finished. Producers join and leave, carriers change claims numbers, a new line needs a page and a form, and search engines reward a site that keeps publishing useful answers. AI tools make drafting faster, but somebody still has to notice the change, make it, check it and publish it. On a managed site that is our job every week.

What the plan includes

What you get beyond the pages themselves

Speed, search, AI answers, upkeep, and on Multi-Line and Agency Book the AI Engine and Content Engine. Every item, with the plan that carries it.

  • Single Line $127 / month
  • Multi-Line $267 / month + usage
  • Agency Book $647 / month

Speed, search and AI answers

  • 90+ PageSpeed on every page we build

Static pages served from Cloudflare's edge with almost no script. If a page we control drops below 90+, we fix it at no charge.

  • Technical and on-page SEO

Clean URLs, one clear heading per page, unique titles and descriptions, internal links between line, town and carrier pages, an XML sitemap and correct redirects.

  • Structured data (JSON-LD) on every page

The agency as an organization or local business, each line as a service, each FAQ as a question and answer, breadcrumbs, and each article with its author.

  • Answer-first pages and FAQ blocks (AEO)

Every section opens with a direct answer, and line and town pages carry real questions with full answers, marked up so they can be lifted into featured snippets and voice answers.

  • Ready to be cited by AI assistants (GEO)

An llms.txt file, consistent agency and service names everywhere, dated pages and plainly stated facts, so assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can understand and cite the site. No one can guarantee a mention; we make it more likely.

  • Researched articles every week

2 a week on Single Line and Multi-Line, 3 a week on Agency Book, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, with cited sources, written as general information.

The AI Engine

  • AI receptionist that answers when your team cannot

Answers the agency line when nobody is free, takes the caller's name, the line and the details a producer needs, answers plain questions about hours and lines, and books a callback. After each call you get a call-analysis PDF with a summary of who called and what they wanted.

  • AI chat widget on your website

A chat window on every page that asks the same questions as the matching quote form, in conversation, and writes the answers into your CRM or AMS.

  • AI agents on SMS, Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs

The same agent replies to texts, Messenger and Instagram messages, takes quote details and books a call with a producer, with every transcript kept on the contact record.

  • A2P 10DLC texting registration filed for you

We file the carrier registration every business needs to send texts through an application, using the agency's legal name and EIN, and pass the carrier fee through at cost.

  • Agents configured never to quote or advise

The agents never quote coverage, state a rate, say who qualifies or recommend what to buy. Anything that would be advice goes to a licensed producer, and every conversation is logged.

  • AI usage billed at cost, with a cap if you want one

Phone minutes and messages are billed monthly in arrears at cost, broken out on the invoice, and we can set a cap so the agents stop before it is passed.

The Content Engine

  • 3 social image posts a week

Posts for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn in your colors, each linking to the article or quote form it was made for.

  • 2 short reels a week

Short, captioned reels written to be read with the sound off, drawn from the same topic list as the articles.

  • Your Google Business Profile, managed

Weekly posts, photo updates, hours and holiday changes, service lists that match your line pages, answers to questions, and review replies drafted for your approval.

  • 3 researched articles a week instead of 2

The article count steps up so a bigger book, or a commercial book with more lines, has the content to rank.

What agency owners say after switching

  • We used to forward personal coverage inquiries emails around and hope somebody had replied. Every inquiry arrives with an owner, a status, and the context attached. The website and our way of working finally match.
Hazel SavilleReception supervisor, wedding and event insurance agencyDurham, NC · Inquiry assignment and staff handover for personal coverage inquiries
  • A lot of our personal coverage inquiries interest arrives after we close; the site finally accepts that. Evening visitors leave structured information and an honest response time, nothing more promised. Mornings start with a proper queue rather than voicemail archaeology.

Questions about HighLevel AI Studio and a managed agency website

What is GoHighLevel AI Studio?

HighLevel describes AI Studio as an AI-powered builder in HighLevel that creates websites, landing pages and other interactive experiences from natural language prompts, which you refine with follow-up instructions and publish from AI Studio. See the sources on this page for HighLevel's own descriptions, checked on September 18, 2026.

Is AI Studio the same as HighLevel's AI Employee?

Not exactly. HighLevel lists AI Studio as one of the products that AI Employee includes or works alongside, together with Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, Content AI and Ask AI. HighLevel also has a separate product called Agent Studio, which its pricing article says is billed pay-per-use.

Can AI Studio build a whole insurance agency website?

HighLevel says it can generate multi-page experiences from a prompt. Whether the result is right for an agency depends on the work around it: page structure by line and town, copy your state and carriers allow, a form per line, and upkeep. That work is what a managed site covers.

Do you use AI to write agency websites?

We use whatever makes the work faster, but every page is planned, checked and read back to you by a person before it is published, and every figure in an article is tied to a cited source. Nothing is published that states a rate, promises eligibility or gives coverage advice.

Does your plan include AI for phones and chat?

Yes, on Multi-Line and Agency Book: an AI receptionist, site chat and SMS, Messenger and Instagram agents that take quote details and book callbacks. They are configured never to quote coverage, rates or eligibility.

Can AI Studio pages be moved to your site later?

HighLevel's help center says AI Studio projects stay in AI Studio and cannot be copied into its standard Funnels or Websites builders. When agencies move to us we rebuild the pages rather than copy them, and redirect the old URLs.

Will my HighLevel CRM still get the leads?

Yes. Every quote form on our site can post into your HighLevel location with tags for the line and page, so your existing workflows run as before.

Are you part of HighLevel?

No. GetInsuranceWebsite is independent and not affiliated with HighLevel. HighLevel is a trademark of its owner.
